Carnet is located in the highest altitude of Tarrazu in Costa Rica. The area is famous for its fruit. The manor majored in planting passion fruit, while the coffee is only planted in certain area, which makes it really rare.
The unique species, Yellow Catuai, is named as Mozart in the manor. The whole mouth is being filled with the aroma of the flower and fruit, also the sweetness of sugar, caramel, jasmine, fresh cherry, black berry and lime. This is a type of sweet coffee including a juicy texture and balanced acidity.
