ISF to be back stronger in September 2022
 
The 5th edition of the International Sweets and Snack Fair Taiwan (ISF), Taiwan's largest trade fair for sweets and snacks, will make will debut again in Taipei, Taiwan after facing a small hurdle due to COVID-19. ISF will take place at the Taipei World Trade Center from 23 to 26 September 2022, serving as the go-to for industry information, communications and networking for the entire industry.
 
ISF is the first dedicated showcase for the sweets and snacks industry in Taiwan and is the only trade fair for dedicated to everything related sweets and snacks. In the fifth edition, which is expected to be represented by over 150 brands, is part of Kaigo’s efforts to push the promotion of Taiwanese products and technology to the world at the same time introducing international brand to Taiwan’s robust local market.
 
ISF will be held parallel to the 11 year long running trade fair, Wine & Gourmet Taipei. This will bring about greater synergy between the events and offer a wider range of products to all trade visitors. The two trade fairs under one roof will be a gastronomical experience not to be missed!
 
New products and trends
Product innovations and trends are always a central theme of ISF. In addition to a diversified event programme on the Industry Insights Stage, the New Product Showcase the new talking point of ISF. It is the port of call for innovations and a major attraction for all participating trade visitors. ISF is placing its focus on the future of the sweets and snacks industry. With seminars addressing suppliers, manufacturers, traders and distributors the wide focus of ISF this year caters to all stages of consumption. The center of attention lies on themes like healthy foods, waste reduction, innovative and green production.
 
This year, experts in the food industry Sinew Consulting will be presenting topics such as regulation compliance when operating in Taiwan and also will hold workshops on teaching local companies on international expansion. In addition the Hsinchu Agricultural Technology Research Institute will be supporting the fair by providing insights on production and consumer trends on the Industry Insights Stage. 

#COVID-SAFE
With Taiwan having low cases of COVID throughout the island, attending exhbitions have been the same as always with the exception of wearing masks. In addition, ISF ensures the highest degree of safety and grants access to people, who have been vaccinated against, recovered from or who have tested negative for COVID-19. Frequent sanitation and proper distancing measures will always be on priority to keep all trade fair goers safe.

ISF is the first dedicated showcase for the sweets and snacks industry in Taiwan. This edition will take place from 23 to 26 September 2022, at the Taiwan World Trade Center (TWTC). The event will feature manufacturers, producers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters, brokers, and OEM private labels of the following: sweets and confectionery, salted snacks, baked snacks, specialty snacks, frozen snacks, and raw ingredients. Two featured zones include the New Product Showcase displaying trendy and innovative creations and Annual Selection which will showcase the best products Taiwan has to offer.
